Mariam Aduashvili
Mariam is Radarami's Executive Director. She graduated from St. John's College Annapolis, MD, where she studied Philosophy and History of Math and Science through the "Great Books Program." Aside from her studies, she has worked with the Organization for Liberal Education in Georgia, organizing summer courses for Georgian and American students from 2008 – 2012. After graduation she worked with IFES DC, (International Foundation for Electoral Systems), MSI Georgia, (Management Systems International) and OSCE mission. She loves to read and wander around beautiful places.

Ketevan Jakeli
Ketevan is our translation coordinator. She graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili State University of Tbilisi with a BA in English Language Philology and an MA in English Literature. Previously, she worked at the English Language Centre, Save the Children, and the Georgian Publishers and Booksellers Association on various education and book-related positions. Currently, she works for the publishing house Logos Press and in her free time she sleeps or reads books.

Mark Mullen
Mark Mullen is involved in a number of businesses and non-profits particularly in Georgia, including GeoCapital, Betsy's Hotel, Orbeliani, and Radarami. He did a Sloan fellowship at London Business School in 2006 and 2007. After graduating from Wesleyan University in 1989 with a degree in Intellectual History, this Texas native lived in Tokyo, Eastern Europe and Washington D.C., he moved to Malawi where he worked in drought relief and voter education between 1992 and 1993. He then moved to Palestine where he set up a civics education program, before moving to Albania and, finally, Tbilisi, Georgia in 1997. He was the director of the National Democratic Institute in Georgia until Shevardnadze resigned and then started the Georgia chapter of Transparency International. He was a long time resident of Mtatsminda in the city center and now lives in San Francisco. He has a life long interest in new ideas and how they can be communicated and explored across society.
Natalia Antelava
Natalia Antelava is the only Georgian foreign correspondent for the BBC. Currently based in New Delhi, she has previously served as the BBC correspondent in Beirut and Central Asia. Over the years she has also reported from West Africa, Iraq, Iran, Russia, the Caucasus, and the United States among other places. She has worked undercover in Yemen, Burma, and Uzbekistan. Her recent investigation into the epidemic of child abuse in the United States has been nominated for an Emmy.
These individuals are responsible for overall management and supervision of Radarami activities and its progress.
